Lexi and her app are amazing! Her app is the best lifting app I have ever used. It’s great for tracking your weights and doing progressive overload. I have been using it since March and I’ve had some amazing progress and have seen a lot of gains in my lifting! It’s easy to use and she provides videos of all the exercises to help you practice proper form. I love it! In addition, Lexi is one of the hardest working people I know! I saw another review that said she was unresponsive, however, I can attest to the fact that she is extremely responsive and has always made herself available when I need her. I have been a macros client since January 2021 and have been using her app since March 2021 and have NEVER had a single issue with reaching her. She cares about her clients and it shows. I’m so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her!

Lexi is such an incredible trainer, she will customize every bit to fit your unique needs and will not sleep until you succeed in your goals. The app is such a great way to track your progress, and it’s progressive itself since Lexi changes the workouts monthly and you can track your weight increase as you go along. I am the strongest I have ever been and it’s all thanks to the consistency I gained by utilizing the workouts unique splits and overall app setup has given me. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this App if you are new to working out or have been working out for a long time. The exercises are great and challenging. There is a video to watch before doing each exercise that I loved. The App gives you a great routing of exercises that you can work out at home or the gym. I have done two group challenges of Lexi’s and she is awesome to work with. Lexi is very responsive when you reach out to her and cares about her clients.

Lexi is such a hardworking trainer! She will help you any time with your nutrition or fitness to make sure you are eating right and taking care of your body. Keep doing amazing things Lexi!
