The assessment portal can be used to complete tests as well as run virtual assessment centres. The selected features of the assessment tools are first agreed with the client to match the role profiles and seniority of the candidates. The application is useful for organisations seeking to recruit, promote or develop staff. Examples of tests and exercises include Aptitude/Ability Tests, Psychometric Tests, Personality Questionnaires, Technical Tests, Video Interview, 3600 Survey, Case Studies, E-Trays, Simulation Exercises and Role Plays.
Candidates can access the portal through a single login process and select the tests; candidates can take tests in one or multiple sessions; the process is supported by standardised instructions and timings; available in multiple languages.
Psychometric Tests: Ability Tests to include Numerical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Inductive Reasoning and Reports; used for screening candidates for diverse roles; available in multiple languages.
Situational Judgement Tests: Used for screening candidates and for assessment of graduate professional and managerial roles; available in multiple languages.
Video/Audio Interviews: Online and On Demand Pre-recorded Video and Audio Interviews: Used for screening candidates; assessment of motivation, knowledge, skills, languages; high volume concurrent online video interviews can be conducted; hiring managers/assessors access the videos/audios to mark responses; available in multiple languages; platform stores data for each candidate and questions for the clients.
Technical Tests: Using multiple choice or open-ended responses; automated scores with reports; facility for allowing assessors to mark open ended scripts anonymously.

3600 Feedback Survey: Customised to reflect the competencies; comprehensive automated report identifying strengths and development needs; virtual feedback from a qualified psychologist.
Competency-Based interviews: High volume concurrent online video interviews can be conducted; hiring managers/assessors access the videos/audios to mark responses; platform stores data for each candidate and questions for the clients.
Panel Interviews: Can be conducted with interviewers and candidates based in different locations; multiple concurrent interviews to cover various jobs; interview guides available in multiple languages; grading of interviews by individual recruiters/panels; interviewees’ responses can be recorded and played back.
