The benefits of using AIM include: • Open checking, savings, certificate, or IRA accounts. • Get help applying for or completing loan applications for auto, personal, credit card, home equity or mortgage. • Securely sign and send documents using the camera on your mobile phone device. • Receive answers to account and online banking questions from the specialists at Skyward. • Get personalized service for most of your banking needs. Other information: • AIM Video Banking app is a separate app from Skyward Online Banking. • AIM Video Banking is available during normal business hours. • Be sure to have identifiable information ready when you start your call. • AIM video banking is free. However, we recommend you use Wi-Fi to avoid data costs from your mobile provider. • Make sure you’re somewhere private where you won’t be overheard.
