Focusing on low carb nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, FoundationsInHealth aims to strengthen your physical and mental health, increasing your resilience to infection, injury, cancer and all of life’s challenges.
We use a combination of live, individualized coaching, smart technology and personalized content, including integration of your own personal health monitoring devices as desired, monitoring progress remotely and driving engagement throughout your day, facilitating long lasting beneficial behavioral change. HealthKit is integrated into the FoundationsInHealth application for tracking weight and sleep. The data is shown on the application's dashboard tab and sent to your coach daily to view your progress. To setup Apple HealthKit use the Devices button in the More Tab.
