With the Staples Commercial Account mobile app, you and your employees can securely authenticate themselves as authorized users and access your company’s credit account to shop at any Staples retail location throughout Canada.
Here’s how:
1. Login as an authorized user of your company’s account with two-factor authentication or biometric login (if available & supported by your device)
2. Generate short-term-use barcode to access your user account*
3. Confirm before authorizing
App users can also view your itemized invoice details, as well as manage your account status (credit balance and available credit) and invoice history
If you don’t currently have a Staples Commercial Account, you can learn about the benefits of becoming a Staples Preferred member as well as the benefits of applying for a Staples Commercial Account.
*Only available for business customers with a Staples Commercial Account.
Feature Addition: Added 'Remember Email' functionality to the login screen. This checkbox will retain the email addresses used during successful logins. Multiple emails can be retained for easy switching of user accounts if needed. Un-selecting the checkbox will clear any remembered email addresses.
