Unusable amount of issues

I've been trying to join a training that I was really excited for and this app, both on iphone and ipad really didn't work at all. Transitioning to breakout rooms, or a video, all provided issues. It's been chaos. An option to dial in via phone when the app is not working would be nice. Really wished this training had chosen Zoom :(

Terrible app, it constantly closes when trying to join a session, when you do get in the session you will usually have no audio or the app will close it self in a couple seconds. I literally would never recommend this app to any one, please save your self the headache and go with a better video conferencing app.

Please report this app, it doesn’t work as advertised

Hacker-Man
Almost no aspect of this app functions. I can never join classes, it drops Bluetooth constantly, sometimes it switches from Bluetooth to speaker and back constantly. Avoid it at all costs, it should be removed since it crashes right after launch.

Tech problems need addressing

But I was happy my seminar didn’t use Zoom. It’s nice to try something different for a change. My one suggestion is allow users to upload their photo if they can’t be on camera. Please!

Resolved an issue where the microphone was non-functional during the first installation of the app. Addressed a problem with very low volume during media playback in the room. Updated the user message for unsupported app versions to make it clearer and more informative. Internal improvements and enhancements.
