Well-Rounded and Challenging

Used to be primarily a runner. Switched to Get Salty a few years ago. Now I do these 3 times a week and supplement with running, swimming, and yoga. Since I started these workouts I’ve noticed a huge improvement in agility, balance, flexibility, and upper body strength. I can actually do a handstand now, which I never thought I would even try. The workouts and the community are all about athleticism, challenging yourself where you are, and taking care of your long-term health, not weight loss or measuring inches. There is a very supportive online community if you need it.

Game Changer

I started with get salty 3 weeks ago. All I can say is this program in just 3 short weeks into it has improved my mobility, and I have gotten stronger physically and mentally. Jenny truly knows how to whip you into athlete shape and quick. Her workouts are effective and designed with the busy mom in mind. I originally joined just to do her 8 week beach shred, but I can’t imagine not being apart of the get salty squad. I can’t wait to see how much more I can grow from this amazing program! Thanks Jenny for bringing the heat and energy to make me a better version of myself.

Accessible workouts for any level!

I am basically bionic (bilateral hip replacement, left knee and ankle replacement—both x2, and right ankle fusion) and I am able to fully participate in the exercises Jenny provides and have seen improvement in my balance and strength because of it. Do not be discouraged and think you won’t be able to participate…she gives so many modifications (both up and down) making this an amazing exercise program wherever you are in your fitness journey. I can’t recommend this program (or Jenny as a trainer) enough!
