BD Connect is the application used by patients to avail tele-consultation. The patient logs into the app using a unique link or room ID that is sent to the patient. After logging in, the patient enters the virtual waiting room and waits for the doctor to initiate the consultation.
Disclaimer: It is a policy in India for patients seeking medical advice to physically come to the institution, where evaluations can be performed in person and testing can be performed at the institution.
