Living in NYC, I’m lucky I can take Alexis’s classes in person as well as on her app, and I can tell you her classes on the app are every bit as challenging and high energy as they are in person! Her style is the perfect blend of cardio, strength and stretching. The options she offers from time-based, style, or targeting a muscle group makes it so easy to find the type of workout I need. There’s new workouts every week and fun challenges all the time to keep you motivated. You can do her workouts anywhere with little space and sometimes even no equipment. I love Alexis’s positivity and encouragement to workout to be stronger and healthier not “skinnier”. She gives modifications for all levels. Both my mom and I love Silhouette! Best of all is the Silhouette community Alexis has created. Through the app, live online classes and retreats, I’ve met some amazing women that inspire me not just on the mat but in life too!

I have loved Alexis’ virtual classes for a year and a half now, and loved her on-demand program (and watching it grow!) for almost as long. With a gentle reminder to myself to “move daily”, I can either get a full-body, cardio and strength class in, adding on challenges and power-ups, or choose a 15 minute slower paced class followed by a long stretch sesh, mid-workday. Her energy is infectious, always positive, and welcoming to all. Every week there is something new and fresh, so your routine never gets stale. And the ability to pick and choose for different areas of the body and different levels of exertion and time has allowed me to continue to move through old injuries or even a freshly sprained ankle. Couldn’t get through my week without her! So grateful! 🙏🙌♥️

I have been a student of Alexis for sometime and she is truly the best. She shines and is dynamic. She cares so deeply for her students. She encourages her students with her kindness and you feel like you have known her forever. It is a highly effective unique workout. Alexis inspires you and I always look forward to her workouts. She offers a variety of workouts. She is also incredibly motivational and empowers her students. My form and posture have improved because of her classes. I’ve taken thousands of group fitness classes and tried dozens of virtual platforms, and Silhouette by Alexis stands out as one of the best. The Silhouette method is a unique and addictive barre/pilates format that will make you feel longer, stronger, and more mobile. I never enjoyed low impact workouts before trying Alexis’ classes. Now, I can’t get enough of Silhouette because my body and my mind feel incredible after even just 10 minutes of her workouts. The app comes with hundreds of videos of different durations (ranging from quick to long) and different focuses (eg, total body, upper body, core, etc). I highly recommend giving it a try! You won’t regret it.
