The objective of this application is to :
- know where your money is going.
- Stick to a budget.
- Get statistics related to Incomes & Expenses.
- Name your incomes & expenses in your own world to make it easier.
Important: cIx is not at all connected to any of your bank.
The application allows you to follow the evolution of their finances throughout the year by day, week and year.
A Budget, when entered shows the offset of the actual vs predictions .
You can use it as a bank account or for follow-up of various budget parameters (Food, car, House, etc) by creating an account for each of them.
The cIx application is organized around various modules.
- Dashboard : Displays the different accounts & currencies (if needed) with both Budget and Actual. A Global view, combining all accounts selected is embellished by a graph.
- Calendar : central part of the application it reflects the transactions effectuated during the selected week. A daily sum, an Actual balance is displayed at the bottom of the view
- Data Entry : module where the user will enter the transactions. Various parameters : Group, Type, Name, origin, Date, ... will reflect any specific transaction.
- Budget: allows the user to enter and update the budget in order to accurately follow the difference Actual/Budget
- Menu : last direct view is combining General tools, Alerts, Security, Parameters update and Localization for date and units mainly, Accounting manager, Data table manager.
