I am currently attending school. Students at my school cannot see their hours after November 2024, and we are entering April 2025 in a short week. Multiple students have brought this issue to the administrators' attention, yet the admin blames the app, not them. As a school based on hours of completion, we deserve to see how many hours we have completed and how many hours we have to go daily. We students are left with nothing and no customer service number or email. Which is it: my school's fault or your app engineers?

This is beyond frustrating when your in school and clocking hours and you can see where your at or your grades as you move up only thing we can do is clock in and out last time this app was working right was September the first week then it stopped we need to see our progress and what we have left to do in school fix the app because it’s not fixed our whole school is having this problem and our other school as well beyond sad please fix your app

I can’t see anything other than punch in and punch out. I can’t see my total hours I can’t see graduation date I can’t see my gpa nothing has been done. App says I need an update but I can’t updated since the app says it’s the newest Version already . No help no one to contact nothing at all. I just started school this week and this is a big problem

I am in school, we are required to use this app to log our hours. With this new update it does not allow me to see my hours I have or how many I have left. It only allows my clock in and out history which is very dumb. Please fix this, we should be able to see current hours and how many we have to go. This is the worst update i’ve seen!
