HOW IT WORKS
- Record your sparring. Film the session and upload it straight from your phone. Uploads keep running in the background, even if you close the app.
- Clip the key moments. Long footage gets broken down into short, focused clips of the exchanges that matter. No more scrubbing through 30 minutes of video to find one mistake.
- Review with your coach. Watch the clips together or apart. Your coach sees exactly what happened, not a description of it from memory, and can rate exchanges and leave feedback tied to the exact moment on screen.
- Train on your mistakes. Feedback doesn't stay talk. Your coach builds exercises around what the footage revealed and assigns them to your training week, so what you saw on Sunday is what you're drilling on Monday.
