Use the MyEisenhower app to find an Eisenhower physician, get the locations and directions to all of Eisenhower's facilities in the Coachella Valley and access your Eisenhower MyChart account. MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand. With MyChart you can: • Communicate with your care team. • Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information. • Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart. • Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits. • View and pay your medical bills. • Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs
