This app is decently user friendly, but the quality of photos uploaded are really bad and this app drains my battery worse than any app I’ve ever used. Which is obviously not ideal for dog walking for the majority of the day. After six hours, my battery is completely dead and my phone is brand new.

I used this app as a business owner to run my business for 3 years. This was one of the worst business decisions I could have made. The software it super glitchy, constantly has issues, often has bugs pop up overnight, but the worst part about it is that there was never any heads up on these issues, their support is obsolete, the updates don’t fix the key problems at hand, and the owner of the company is terribly unresponsive with a huge lack of transparency. Due to these issues, it hindered our growth and caused issues with customers and team members that were out of our control. We have since switched to a different software that we have utilized for almost two years. World of difference and it has flawlessly offered us the ability to scale and grow. I would avoid Pet Check at ALL costs!

There have been improvements but god WHY DOES IT NEED SO MUCH LOCATION DATA?!!!! It requires way too much to the point that it chokes other apps trying to get information. Seriously dude, why aren’t you more on top of this?

can we be notified when there are cancellations? my personal app has now locked me out and white screened in the beginning of my work day, we seriously need an update for bugs
