BBK already had a top fully functional app. Why replace it and a launch a new app that is not ready. It keeps crashing all the time. A connection issue is present all the time not to mention the previous layout of the app was more user friendly.

Can’t Register, Horrible and Annoying

As if the Bank employees weren’t bad enough, even their application is just as bad. I can’t even register myself on the application. I am trying to open a bank account under BBK. I’ve tried to do so but the application redirects me to a website where I have to create my ePin. And no matter whatever random set of numbers I enter, the website says it doesn’t meet the requirements. It should be easy to open a bank account but this application just makes it more difficult to do such a simple task. What’s the point of the mobile application even. As if the UI wasn’t horrible enough.

I have no idea if this was because of the previous update or not, but the app refuses to app on my phone now. I haven’t used it for around 3 months, but whenever I open the application the screen is blue the whole time and wouldn’t go into the login screen or anything. Disconnecting my internet shows an error page with a reload button but that doesn’t change anything. Can we get a fix for this? I can’t transfer money from my debit card at this rate.
