Cooldown: Time your drinks
Health & Fitness
Free
Moderate by slowing down.
Cooldown guides you toward moderation by helping you drink at a reasonable pace. Slowing down each drink can help you avoid embarrassment, hangovers, and blackouts. With Cooldown, you can:
- Count each of your drinks, using your iPhone or Apple Watch
- Set a target time between drinks
- View a running average time per drink, and an average time per completed drink
- Review every drink you've had since you started your session
This app does NOT give you an estimate of your blood alcohol content (BAC). If you've had anything to drink, DO NOT drive or do anything else that's illegal or dangerous while under the influence.
No one involved in the creation of this app is a doctor, and this app shouldn't be used for medical purposes, or as a replacement for treating alcoholism. If you think you have a medical problem, seek help from a medical professional.
Ratings & Reviews
This app has been updated by Apple to prepare for watchOS 27 compatibility. No new features are included.
The cooldown setting is now used as a minimum for every drink, instead of a target for your average. If you're averaging better than your cooldown, the timer will show as green; if you're averaging worse, red; if your average is worse but improving, yellow.
