Compassly is a beautifully simple Competency Passport app, that lets you demonstrate your clinical competencies, have them digitally signed off by your supervisor and prove them in your personal competency passport.
Designed for clinicians who need to develop, track and prove their competencies throughout their careers, Compassly gives you a digital record of your clinical skills which can be used to demonstrate your skills across organisations.

· Your own record of clinical competence
Clinical competencies can be managed and achieved through job descriptions within your organisation, but are also added to your own passport for use at other organisations, throughout your career.
· Standardisation with flexibility
Job Description templates allow organisations to create standardised roles for consistency, but these can be customised for any combinations of roles to ensure that all clinical staff have the relevant competencies for their job.
· Simple, quick assessments
Our clean and simple assessments process means clinical assessors can focus on the important task of observing and marking clinical competence without distractions or delay. A simple summary screen at the end of each assessment means candidates can be given an instant debrief on how they did.
· Quick and secure adding of supervisees
Getting new members of the team up and running needs to be secure but shouldn’t take weeks. Compassly allows supervisors to securely add new members of the team by scanning their unique profile QR code, allowing them to join the team and start being assessed in minutes.
· Multiple organisations and multiple roles
The modern clinical workforce includes many people who work in non-traditional ways – agency workers, job shares, split roles and pan-organisation agreements. Compassly allows you to work across multiple organisations and hold multiple job descriptions simultaneously, all while completing one unified competency passports.

Compassly is highly configurable, adaptable to many different kinds of competency process and content. Organisations can easily migrate their existing paper competencies into the system to get staff digitally assessed quickly.
