PCN Service Updates - Added a new feature to inform users the date of service, and the next due date. The system now sends notifications to users when the next appointment date is coming up. Teleconsult Notification Fix - Fixed an issue where notifications were sent for canceled appointments; now, notifications are only sent for active appointments. New Assessments Added - Expanded the assessment section by adding two new assessments which are Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) and Insomnia Severity Index.

Chronic Disease Management Update • Added Health Resources Section Access helpful tips and guides for managing chronic conditions in the app. • Customizable Daily Log Users can now customize the daily log for a personalized experience.
