1) Fixes to allow Hazard Reviewer to select 'Overseas' under Location Type. (Overseas Hazard do not have option to notify Facility Manager for rectification)
2) SafeGuardian will no longer support iOS versions 12, 13 and 14, as these versions are no longer receiving security updates or nearing its end of support.
