Delivery time
The most annoying thing is when you pay 25 dollars for express delivery and you check with the people who ordered the service and tell you that the delivery time is between 11am and 3pm and the delivery never arrives at all

Scam likely, App deleted, and refund requested 👎
I am very displeased with the functionality of this app. It performed well enough to track the packages added manually. The parcel import directly from the retailer feature is inoperable. I’ve reached out to app support with no response. I’ve paid for the subscription yet the app doesn’t recognize this and will not allow me to view the updates on my items being tracked. When “restore purchase” is triggered the app then processes indefinitely for days with no update. Clearly the app hasn’t been updated for ios18 as the last update shows to be 8 months ago.
Please do not respond to my review referencing tracking internationally as I’ve seen with many others. Responses that do not address the issue presented only solidify the poor user experience.
My issue revolves around app functionality and the lack of app support.

Garbage
“United States Postal Services sends parcels” provides zero information on the location of my package. It does provide a great synopsis on the service provided by the USPS. Where the package is that is being sent by the USPS- no clue. That small detail cannot be ascertained by this app, and since I do not have an updated USPS tracking number I cannot utilize their (the USPS) more comprehensive website to locate the parcel which they sent. Oof. Oh well, I suppose it is my fault for making a purchase off the TikTok shop from an overseas “company” and then expecting to actually receive it- and then getting duped, again, into using this dud of a tracking app that literally tracks nothing. Save your money on the subscription to this lame app- go buy a coffee instead and sulk in the knowledge you won’t be getting the package you ordered.
