Periods Calendar - is a simple and useful tool for tracking menstrual cycles and planning pregnancy. Keeping track of the regularity of the menstrual cycle is very important at any age, as changes or delays can indicate health problems or pregnancy. And it's just convenient to keep track of dates when planning.
The app will help you keep track of key dates in your cycles, such as your period (days of bleeding), fertility window (period with a high probability of pregnancy), ovulation.
How to use:
Adjust the dates of your last period and enter your average cycle length. The application will calculate the current cycle and subsequent ones based on this data and display it in the calendar. You can at any time correct the dates of the current cycle (beginning and end, as well as mark the beginning of the next cycle).
You can write notes in the calendar about your condition and analyze statistics in the form of graphs and history.
Reminders will tell you when key dates are approaching (start of menstruation, fertility window, ovulation).
The calendar will show both the past history of the cycles and the estimated future dates based on your data.
Main functions:
- Calculation of expected cycles (days of menstruation, ovulation, fertility)
- Displays the progress of the current cycle (the remainder of the days before the key dates - the end of menstruation, ovulation, days of fertility, the remainder until the next menstruation)
- Display of information about the current day in the cycle
- Display of days with a high probability of getting pregnant (fertility windows, ovulation)
- Add notes for the current day to keep track of your condition
- Your data will always be available, save the backup in the cloud using your google account
- Set up the necessary reminders so that the coming of these days is not a surprise
