Overall, the app is pretty cool. You have most of the Mihoyo games put in this app to check out. Instead of having to take a look at tons of different social media accounts, you can simply go to the app to take care of things.
Before I start with the criticisms, none of this is against Mihoyo as a company, I’m sticking with just the app itself because that’s what I’m rating.

The app can be occasionally laggy and the interface is a little confusing at first (not knowing what is what, where to go, etc.). It’s a little weird looking on the iPad, however I can’t say the same for phone since I don’t use one.

Suggestion time? Oh yes it is!
I believe on the app we should have a top up center for each game. I would love to buy some more Genesis crystals or welkin, however credit card is a little weird on pc and I unfortunately don’t have enough storage to download the Genshin app to use my Apple account. Therefore, a top up center would be extremely convenient and helpful.
Some other nice additions would be countdowns to new updates, events, and banners. I think it’d be pretty cool to be able to see something like that so that most people won’t have to be doing the math to figure out when things are ending and when things are coming.

This app is very fun, very helpful, and overall an amazing app. Original, I had downloaded this app to be able to figure out builds for characters and the interactive map(which doesn’t work for me but wtv), but I realized that overtime, this app it’s great for socializing as well. Here, you can find your people, who play the games you play. Hoyoverse has many games, yes indeed. If you want to find people who play the games you play that her miHoYo/Hoyoverse’s, this is the perfect app. They have Honkai Imapct, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Zenless Zero Zone, and Tears of Themis. I only play Honkai Star Rail and Genshin, but I do plan on getting Honkai Impact soon. This app has its benefits, many actually. You can post about your characters or maybe whatever issues you have, you can make friends and friend them on whatever game you play, you can search up builds if you play HRS or GS, bosses, maybe exploration! This app has it all. I post on this app, not daily, but just to share my experience with everyone else and my thoughts that. One thing I love about this app, is the stickers, both the stickers for each game, and the gifs. Another thing is the comment decorations. They also have this little thing called “traveling mimo” where you can use it, and get primogems for genshin, Jade crystals for HRS, and many more stuff. Overall, this app? 5 stars. Truly amazing, very helpful and super fun. I recommend, most definitely.

People are very disappointed with what’s going on. Us Genshin players feel like we’re being ignored by the company. I’ve spent three years of my life and who knows amounts of money. Yet we have to fight with Hoyoverse to get any quality of life features that we desperately need. Meanwhile HSR comes along and is giving out free 10 pulls every single patch. It wins an award at the video game awards, and then gives its players a free five star character that’s OP. Meanwhile when Genshin wins same exact award, we don’t even get a 10 pull. People are even starting to boycott the game! Typically the quality of life features that are added to the game are just to help new players, not us players who have been here from the beginning. I’ve been playing the game since September 2020. I’ve seen people come and go yet I have stayed. All I’m asking for is better treatment from Hoyoverse. It seems as if HSR players are treated as gods or kings, whereas we Genshin players are treated as peasants or beggars. (Maybe even as livestock) The lead producer (Cia) needs to either start giving us the same type of rewards as David. (HSR’s lead producer) Or he needs to step down, and let David take over the position. At the bare minimum, we need to get a free pull every single version\patch just like HSR. (Even that’s not completely fair, considering they have a better pity system than Genshin.) Please add a full screen version for the IPADS
