Maybe money is tight, maybe your local yoga studio is forever away, or maybe you found some of Cat’s free yoga videos online in the midst of a pandemic and her creative videos helped you find some strength for your body and mind. The latter was me, and after some time I felt it was time to pay up for all the hard work that Cat outs into her flows. Didn’t realize I was only goofing around in the tip of the iceberg. The videos found in the soul sanctuary library are vast, mixed with creative flows, meditations, and schedules (helped me sooo much) to really help build a proper practice and enjoy a sense of community. Can’t thank Cat enough for building this, it has made yoga so accessible to me in our fast paced day, and it really is a proper bang for the buck. See you on the mat.

I have been practicing yoga with Cat Meffan online since 2016. Her classes have kept me sane, built strength, toned my body, and helped me grow and develop as a yogi. I found Cat in my search for more intermediate yoga. What I got in Soul Sanctuary was so much more than I could have imagined. This membership is one of my favorite things to spend money on. It’s a place where I get to play in my body and learn new things but also where I have found the most expansive space for the quieter parts of my soul. Before Cat, I considered yoga a bit of an indulgence. Now it feels like the single most essential way for me to be in my body and in myself. Yoga has become a practice, a medicine, a way of living. Cat is an exceptional teacher in all ways. She is a gift.

Search extensive archive by length of class (20 min to 60), style, and difficulty. This app makes it so easy to plan your practice. Check out “Yoganuary”, the month long daily practice built around an annual theme. I’ve been a subscriber to Soul Sanctuary for at least 7 years and love it.
