Needs zero stars - useless embarrassment of an app

I ended up with this “app” from the BMW Wallbox user manual. It is a total joke. Avoid the BMW Wallbox at all costs.Can’t even pair with the Wallbox (no Bluetooth PIN), pops up an authentication screen with an unknown password. Even the “reset password” link just pops up a dialog that says “enter a restore key” or something like that, with no information on what that even means.The main issues here belong to BMW, but it doesn’t charge the fact the app itself is clueless and useless. Chinese trash in this case.FYI - BMW themselves say, when cornered on this, that the app isn’t supported outside China. So why does this app even exist in the App Store here? It should be purged.

This app continually disconnects from the device. It doesn’t down any information on charging and offers zero troubleshooting information. The user interface looks like it was written by a small child with no understanding of how a customer might use this.

For the price I paid for this box and the issues connecting is pathetic. It has asked me to download the 9.50 version 10 times successfully and still shows that I have to download it.

It states you can turn the LED light down, but when I move it from 100% to 30% it does nothing. In short, have not found this usable at all.

1. Brand new homepage. 2. "Demo Mode" and "Installation guide" on main page for user to get information before log in. 3. "Plug & Charge" mode is suitable for user who turn on Bluetooth authorization and want a direct charge experience. 4. Add a connection Icon when logging in to indicate Bluetooth signal strength.
