Literally! There is not a single advantage to using this app over just signing in via the browser (which is pretty bad too). Terrible user interface. It takes an act of Congress every time you sign in. I only use it because some crafty sales guy convinced my company’s executives to move to this platform. I have given prime pay the benefit of the doubt just hoping there would be an update that drastically improves this, but now after 1 1/2 years of use, I realize my seemingly reasonable expectations were just way to high for Prime Pay. Prime Pay team, seriously!! What is going on!

I’m truly impressed with the PrimePay employee portal application! From someone who has been in HR their entire career(26 years), it’s rare that an HCM company gets things right. Everything that is available on their online portal is navigable in the mobile application. It also functions the same. I’ve been part of several transition to new HCM systems and I can’t thank the PrimePay implementation team enough. It was such a smooth implementation process and they held our hand throughout the entire process. Great work team PrimePay! Can’t wait to see what the future holds.

I love using this app. I’ve used many other payroll apps before this and this one is just overall easy to navigate my biggest thing with other ones was having issues with logins or finding where my documents were- this one just makes everything really simple and easy to define, which is very nice.

This app is garbage and the makers should be fired. Most of the time when it loads it just brings up a blank white screen and goes nowhere. On the off chance it does load it takes forever. If you have an assignment to do good luck! The keyboard will pops up blocking any text box so you can’t see what you’re typing, then it won’t let you scroll up. On top of that, if you go online and try and log that way it doesn’t recognize you’re password. I wish my company would have never gone away from ADP.
- Updated the Gear Menu with the newly added "Care" option in it. Now users can access the care clients environment through mobile app using this gear option.
- Improved cross-platform security—Mobile app sessions now expire when the same account logs in on the Web app & Vice-versa.
