RGAContigo allows you to keep up to date with your health, answer your questions with professionals and access advice adapted to you.

These are the functionalities you can access from this app.
• Medical chat: Access to a general practitioner 24 hours a day through chat or video.
• My diary, the summary of your recent activity and the most relevant information about your health procedures.
• Healthy life index, a value from 0 to 1000 that lets you know if you are on the right track in adopting a healthy lifestyle.
• Virtual consultation: with general medicine by video, chat and voice.
• Health folder, where you can store and consult your health documents, such as clinical analysis or medical reports. In addition, you have the option to share your entire health folder with our doctors so they can review your reports and test results. You just need to activate it in settings
• Electronic prescription, where you will receive in your health folder with everything that a doctor has prescribed for you in the app. In addition, you can easily see the details of the prescribed medication.
RGAContigo is managed by DKV Servicios SA, an entity entrusted with the provision and development of digital health services for RGA.
We remind you that we take privacy very seriously and that is why your data is treated safely in compliance with current legislation.
Connection with the Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin and Fitbit platforms.
The Healthy Life Index (IVS) indicators are integrated with HealthKit to collect activity information in data collection. It is accessible from the option of incorporating new values to existing indicators, with prior access permission if it is the first time, or the query of the last data if it has already been configured previously.
