S-Patch Ex is an ECG monitoring app designed to work with the S-Patch wearable device. Once connected via Bluetooth, the app displays real-time ECG waveforms and heart rate (HR) values. It also allows users to log symptoms and activities through an in-app diary, and securely upload recorded data to a designated cloud platform for review by healthcare professionals.
The S-Patch Ex App is intended to assist users in tracking and recording ECG and HR data for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical conditions.

Jurisdiction Statement:
The S-Patch Ex App and the S-Patch device are cleared for use in South Korea and the United States. The S-Patch device is FDA-cleared in the United States.
Use of the S-Patch Ex App outside these regions is not permitted unless additional regulatory clearances are obtained.
