Closing the health information gap between clinic and home
Soma Health is a cutting-edge Remote Patient Monitoring platform, enabling physicians and patients to close the care gap between visits. Soma allows patients to measure vitals using FDA-approved medical devices and stores the data in a certified HIPAA compliant environment, where providers can closely monitor trends. Soma Health also reads your health and fitness data from the Health app (HealthKit) and displays them in your soma dashboard so as to monitor your fitness progress and correlates with vitals.
