I love the app when it works. Software does work with 16.4 with 2 update since the crash. The app needs to be updated as soon as possible. When I called tech support they told me to use the web login which works but can’t deposit checks which is a problem. Thanks

Can’t even enroll

I’m totally unimpressed with not just the app, but the bank in general. I can’t access this app. I’ve tried three times to enroll and it keeps telling me there’s an error. It so frustrating. This is a business account, and I need to be able to check it regularly, no matter where I am. It took THREE weeks to get set up on the computer, and I still can’t do everything I need. People rarely answer the phone support, and it takes nearly week every time I email support for a response. 1 star for the all I can’t even access, and 1 star for the customer support. I’m looking into another bank today.

I’m totally unimpressed with not just the app, but the bank in general. I can’t access this app. I’ve tried three times to enroll and it keeps telling me there’s an error. It so frustrating. This is a business account, and I need to be able to check it regularly, no matter where I am. It took THREE weeks to get set up on the computer, and I still can’t do everything I need. This app has been less glitchy of late—and works pretty well for checking your balance—but it only shows you limited account info. You cannot access statements or see transactions further back than the last two months. It’s quite frustrating when I want to use my phone to look up a previous transaction or see if a check got cashed, but have to use the computer at home instead.

I’ve been with Farmers banking for years. This app is the most troublesome app I have. It never remembers my password, it always forgets facial recognition, and when I change the password it says that I can’t use the password because it’s the one currently in use! And to top it off, after all that is said and done, I have to call in to get my account unlocked because I tried 4 times to open my app and it froze the account. Terrible! Huntington, Wells Fargo, and PNC have better apps! I’m about to switch banks because banking like this is so angering!
