Movement:
Our classes range from beginner, intermediate and advanced. We also have specified classes for pre and post natal clients. We have a huge range of classes which can be completed equipment free, and those which do require equipment often can be substituted for household items.
Nutrition:
Our recipes and nutrition education give you the tools you need to make educated decisions about what you are consuming. Our programs allow meal plans which will help you achieve optimum balance and results.
Programs:
Our programs are designed to guide you through your pilates and wellness practise based on your health goals.
Education:
Our education section is designed to give you the knowledge you need to perform and understand each pilates exercise. This section particularly has in mind the training instructor, who will have exercise digital palm cards in their pocket.
Subscription:
Inflow Active is free to download. Ongoing users require an active auto-renewing subscription to continue use, subscriptions are available monthly or yearly. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the end of subscription cycle.
