When you need to collaborate with a co-worker, Eptura Engage helps make it happen. Ive been using this app since my company implemented it a couple of months ago. It is very easy to use, in a couple of clicks I can book a desk. I can see the available desks on a floormap, book quiet spaces for when im on calls and I can also reserve parking spaces! The new features to create a team and see the calendar of who is in the office are very helpful!

We’ve been using this app for several years at work. Every 3-4 months the app opens to a screen to select my country, doesn’t give me the ability to select a country, and gets stuck in a loop of not saving my preferences without a way to navigate to the normal Home Screen. I have to delete it, redownload it each time to solve this.

The app is nice, but it would be great if you could add each individual team, members, location and office or desk location on the “your teams“ page, so you could see where everyone is without having to click on each individual person to see their location
