They make the purchase experience so easy that you will forget to consider the seller experience - the holding periods they advertise is completely false. You won’t be able to sell what you put in, and even if you do, it will not be at any price close to the original which makes this basically a 5% savings account where you can’t actually recover your principal funds from. All in all they have good mobile developers and they write good software to attract users but definitely DO NOT be tricked into investing here. Update after developer response- this is their response below “The holding period is clearly indicated on each property page, and we recommend reviewing this information before making a purchase.” This claim from their dev team is clearly false as evidenced by the message directly from their support team - “All shares will be processed once the minimum holding period has passed - and while you've passed the minimum holding period, the property is not yet listed in our trading market”. Their dev team directly contradicts their support team - the holding period that you will see is entirely fake, they will use this fake number to attract your purchase and then hold your funds indefinitely - STAY AWAY
