The app requires me to submit my password each time. I can’t save the password not use my face to unlock it. The app is clunky and useless. Can’t get more information on a transaction without having to call in. A total waste.

This app is the main reason I’m moving away from CDC FCU. The app was never well designed, and as it ages (it’s been 2 years since the latest update) it’s becoming increasingly hard to use. FaceID is broken now, as are the “remember UserID” and “Fast balances” features, so that simply logging on is a chore. More importantly, I’m concerned that the lack of interest and updates for the app may reflect poor security practices - have there been no security threats or improvements in the past two years?The mobile app was barely acceptable when I started using it 10 years ago. It’s fallen below that bar now.

Why did you change your mobile app. The previous one was fine. New one says to use fingerprint log in you have to set it up under “biometric devices” but there is nothing under that tab that allows you to do that. It just says I have no devices registered. This weekend I tried to transfer money but it didn’t work and tried to do mobile deposit and it took 4 tries for it to finally see the check was endorsed. Feels like you went from a perfectly fine working app to a terrible app.

Has lag. Also, cannot see my whole account history. The old version allowed for that. It is nice to be able to use the apps for deposits. It is frustrating that the app is constantly updated, and I have to reinstall and/or login in from a web browser and create new (original) passwords incessantly because of these updates.
