VIP door to door travel service is an innovative app designed for patient transport drivers to view, manage and track their shifts and journeys. The app’s simple and intuitive interface lets drivers sign in and out of shifts, view daily shifts and shift times as well as view and interact with available journey runs that are carried out on behalf of a healthcare provider.
Other features of this app include a navigate function that links directly to your device’s satellite navigation, call and chat functions that enables contacting the patient with any journey updates (if the patient’s number is available) and a detailed notes function.
