1. It is not able to recognize the proper “Anthem” insurance company, even though it works in a browser. There is no Anthem option in the drop down, either you have to select Anthem/BCBS other state or BCBS (Anthem); both fail. I wonder how much they have tested this app for different options.2. When it allows you to ship verification, it gets hung up on subscriber (patient) screen. If you skip verification, you should not even be prompted for this3. Even though the location is properly configured, once I login to the app, it keeps telling me to change the location settings. I’m using the latest iOS 18.x on iPhone 11Hoping developers take note of these, fix and test thoroughly.

Horrible app filled with tech issues

I haven’t written an app review in 10 years but felt compelled to because of how horrible my experience with this app is. Also because their “submit feedback” doesn’t even work! I wrote this to send to them as feedback and it would simply not work, giving me an error message every time even when I cut down the word count.Endless issues with this app AND registering for GoHealth. I spent over an hour and had it use 3 different email addresses to even make an account. Constant issues trying to reset my password - your system simply doesn’t work. When you click the “password reset” in the email, it takes you to a page that gives you an error message.Then when I try to complete registration for my appointment- I can’t take a photo of my ID within the app. Every time I approve permissions, it takes me to my settings and it never allows me to take the photo. Clicking “browse” doesn’t work either! AND when trying to register, there are no state options, ethnicity, sex, race, etc. it’s all blank. Horrible app - stressed me out and made me sicker.

Can’t figure out how to add more than 1 kids. I have 2 4 and 17 year old and it will not let me add them on one account because they say they are minors yes Minors I am their parent who is taking care of them. Also the wait to speak to a doctor is just as worst as doing a walk in the emergency. They take so long to call back if you have a emergency or you may feel if it is a emergency. My sons was running fever and I didn’t want to bring them in the hospital because I know they would give them Tylenol and say give them fluids. How I know because my recent visit that is what happen. No test no nothing just Tylenol and give them fluids. So I didn’t want to wait up their for that. All I needed was the amount of dose to give for their fever of 104. I even stated their ages and temp and one lady had the option to skip to see if she wanted then case and we had to wait for another person to take up. Then all night it was doctors are dealing with emergency room patients
