Ordering ahead for pies and donut cakes Our pies and custom donut cakes are baked to order and need a couple of days' notice. The app now tells you which items those are, and when your order can actually be ready. • Items needing advance notice say so before you add them • The pickup picker only offers times the kitchen can make • Your cart shows the earliest time your order can be ready • Added a cake to a pickup you'd already scheduled? We keep your time if it still works, and explain it if it doesn't Also fixed • Reorder now works when your cart isn't empty • Scheduled orders show their real pickup time in order history — some were showing as ASAP • The "ready in ~15 minutes" estimate no longer shows on orders that need longer

Your gift cards now live in your phone. Add a gift card to your wallet and scan it right from the app at the register, the same way you'd hand over the plastic one. The card number is printed under the code too, in case the scanner is having a day. You can buy a card, reload one, and set it to top itself up automatically when it runs low. Putting your account back together. If you've been ordering with us a while, your rewards may have ended up split across two accounts — or signing in with Apple may have quietly started a new one. Now you can link them. Verify your phone number and we'll find the account your points are sitting on and bring them over. Nothing is lost and nothing is spent. While we were in there, we added a few things people kept asking for: • Set a password on an account you created with Apple or Google, so you can sign in either way. • Change the email on your account without calling the store. • Name your saved cards ("Work card", "the one that actually works"), and those names now follow you to any device you sign in on. Points that add up. The points estimate you see at checkout now comes from the same system that awards them, so the number before you pay is the number that lands in your account after. Your points history shows bonus points from special deals and any corrections too, so the running total always explains itself. Also fixed: • A blank screen that could appear right after signing in with Apple. • Gift card purchases and reloads reporting "unavailable" if you went straight to your wallet without opening your cart first. • Extra protection against a double charge if the app was interrupted partway through checkout. • Tapping a notification now takes you where it says it will. • Better VoiceOver labels and large-text support on the new screens.
