Great app as far as the content

I love the content of the app. The lessons are very useful and it helped the very first round after a handful of lessons. The reason for 4 stars is the app navigation. I really like listening in the car on the way to golf tournaments, but it’s difficult to navigate the lessons. When you go into a section, listen to a lesson, there is no way to skip to the next one on the list. You have to hit the back button which takes you all the way back to the home page. Then you have to choose the section again, and scroll down to find the next lesson. It’s very hard to do while in the car. A next lesson button would be fantastic.

Interface is glitchy and doesn’t flow well

I’ve used the app for three weeks. The content is good and thought provoking. The exercises and journal entries invoke a lot of self reflection and are great for improving internal dialogue. The app itself is frustrating, cumbersome and glitchy. You have to open the app constantly to move on between 2-10 minute audios. There’s no flow to the programs and the user is forced to go back to a main menu and search for where they just left off in a program. It’s incredibly frustrating. There’s also a little check mark that appears in the corner of an audio within a program that lets you know if you’ve finished the audio, but that only works about 10% of the time. So, it’s essentially a useless feature. There are times like right now when you can get past the daily motivation screen when you open the app and the app just becomes unusable. You’re just left staring at a quote generator and a continue button that does nothing. For $70 these issues should be nonexistent. I recommend they update it to allow better flow between audios and fix all the buggy interface issues.
