Purchased this app today so I could fax medical records (24 pages)to a new doctor. Scanned the docs in Adobe Scanner app, but couldn’t access the file from WeFax. Rescanned the pages directly in WeFax, but couldn’t send all at once, had to reduce to no more than 8 pages plus the cover. That transmission failed. I was able to get 2 sets of 6 pages sent, then had two more failed transmissions. After that I could send no more faxes because I reached the 5 fax per day limit, something I wasn’t aware of with this unlimited fax weekly subscription. Not sure why failed fax attempts count toward the total. I was only actually able to send 2 faxes…. Very frustrating.

It’s seems like it’s free but then you need a 1 week subscription at least to send a fax. It was really difficult to upload the pdf I wanted to send and I ended up converting it to an image after 20 mins of trying other things and then the office only received the fax cover letter and nothing else.

Download easy. Once you get your fax ready, THEN your offered 3 levels of membership… no big deal, but only after paying did I find that the program will only allow 9 pages. Crock.Update: 0 for 2 getting a fax through. Where’s the ZERO star button?
