Used it once for an appointment and it was easy to use and worked well. When I tried to use it for a second time, I kept getting a message the app needs to be updated. But there are no updates available at the App Store and the error message keeps popping when I try to use it. This has been happening for a few days, so evidently no one is monitoring the app functionality. Too bad.

On iphone , clicking on any item didplays a message that application is outdated and needs to be updated though i have just downloaded it from the app store !!!!I checked reviews and there is a similar problem reported way earlier !!!! Where is the development team ?????This app should be removed from the store if it is useless like this!!!!!!

It seems that app users are getting the same error for over a year and no one is even concerned. Same here, it was working once and when I tried to book another time slot, I got the application needs to be updated dilemma!Please, do some effort to trace the issue and fix it!

I used it once then it comes after that with a message stating that you have an old application please update!! While there is no update on the App Store!! Can anyone please help since even the website is not working and I can’t fix an appointment.
