This app works on the understanding that you can never change your drivers license or home state. Whatever information that you put in during the registration is permanent and there’s no way to delete the account and start over if you move to another state and get a new drivers license, you have to create a whole new email to be able to use this app again. It’s infuriating.

I have had to use the kiosk every single time, even when i plan a load in the app it doesnt work for ingates.now im trying to update the mandatory training and it wont even let me log in, cn doesnt give you any other option than the app
