Sporadic mixes simple exercises with unpredictable timing to keep you engaged and moving—and it’s even more fun when you’re taking on these surprise challenges with friends. Stay active, stay motivated, and stay ready for whatever comes next. Getting started is easy and free. Here's how it works: GETTING STARTED • Create a group with exercises you want to complete. • Invite your friends. • Start receiving random challenges throughout the week! KEEPING IT RANDOM • Sporadic will randomly choose exercises from your group to challenge you with. • You set your own minimum and maximum difficulty for each exercise, and the challenge will be randomly selected from this range. CUSTOMIZATION • The best part about Sporadic is you can fully customize exercises and their difficulty, shaping it to fit your needs. • Make it work with your schedule by choosing which days you want a challenge. • Receive the challenge at the time you need by setting the time the notification will deliver. • Stylize your group with a custom name, color, and emoji. Once you're all set up, you can start receiving challenges to help you stay active and motivated! You may get a challenge to do 10 crunches, or you may get a challenge to do 14 pushups. Randomize your exercise! ANALYTICS • Stay motivated by keeping track of your lifetime progress. • Keep track of your daily average. • Explore your data graph for each group and each exercise. • Keep a streak going by completing challenges in a row. • Use widgets on your home screen to keep track of stats or streaks. The key to my fitness routine

I’ve been trying to establish a good workout routine recently, but I find it challenging to commit to anything super strict without feeling like there’s flexibility there. Sporadic gives me the flexibility and the sense of spontaneity that I’ve been looking for when it comes to crafting my workout routine! I’m pushed to exercise in ways that I wouldn’t have dedicated myself to otherwise, and that’s great for my physical & mental health.I also love the aspect of working out and completing challenges alongside friends! It’s a great way to hold yourself and your friends accountable for those new year’s resolutions or fitness goals. It’s fun & simple! I also like that you can add custom exercises. I’m a yoga girl and so I love the ability to customize the challenges to include different poses!

My favorite part of this is the community support element! Community is truly key in all aspects of life— and staying healthy is no exception. Being able to do exercise (even little micro exercise moments which is more how I use it!) with the support of my family and friends is so cool! It makes me really want to take those few moments and do the challenge so I can report my success back:) Any chance to cheer the people I love on is a win for me!

This app is pretty sweet. As someone who struggles to workout often, I am able to exercise more, and in a fun way. I don’t like having an intense routine, and this app is casual enough so it works out great. Some of my friends and I have a few groups and always look forward to receiving our challenges. I hate working out-this helps motivate me to stay active. I have a group with friends that challenges me outside of my exercise comfort zone. I also have a group just for me-with exercises tailored to what I won’t do unless I get a reminder. I also like that you have to complete challenges by a certain time. As a procrastinator it definitely works 😂
