IMPROVEMENTS Clearer error message when synchronisation with the Cloud fails: An explicit error message is now displayed in the Cloud Space when synchronization fails, instead of the misleading message “No publication available for download. BUG FIXES Cancelled Scheduled publication still appearing: In some cases, a cancelled scheduled publication could still appear when another scheduled publication was dispatched. This issue has been fixed, and cancelled items are now properly removed. Known limitation: After cancellation, a scheduled publication may still appear in the mobile Library as a candidate for download, and the OUTDATED tag may be shown next to the fleet name. This is a display-only issue and can be cleared by tapping twice REFRESH in the Cloud section. A permanent fix will be delivered in a future app release. ATR SPS Dispatcher URL and device status update issues: Communication between the Orlando Dispatcher and the SPS app has been fully restored. The error message “Missing or invalid Orlando dispatcher URL” no longer appears in the SPS application. Crash at startup: Fixed a bug that could cause random application crashes at startup when Notes and Highlights were being synchronized with the Cloud server in the background. Highlights display issue: Fixed an issue where, in some cases, overlapping highlights could be created. When this happened, the second highlight was not displayed correctly and the first highlight could not be interacted with. IMPROVEMENTS IMPORTANT NOTE: For highlights, notes, and other user data to sync correctly, the 9.3.0 mobile application must be paired with Web version 9.2.0. Persistent Device ID (starting with fresh installs of v9.3.0) When installing the app from scratch on v9.3.0 or later, the device ID used by Orlando Dispatcher will now remain permanently fixed, even if the app is deleted and reinstalled. This prevents the creation of duplicate device entries in the Dispatcher. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you update an existing v9.x installation to v9.3.0 (instead of installing v9.3.0 from scratch), deleting and reinstalling the app once will still create a duplicate device. After that first reinstall of v9.3.0, the device ID becomes permanent, so future uninstall/reinstall cycles will no longer create duplicates. Optimized library synchronization with Orlando Cloud The synchronization process has been improved to be faster and more reliable. These optimizations address the following issues: * Occasional synchronization timeouts that caused certain manuals, although available, to not appear for download. * Cloud server overload when many devices simultaneously performed a log out / log in operation using the “keep manuals” option. Improved publication installation behavior The app no longer automatically resumes publication installations that were previously interrupted (e.g., due to force-quitting the app or a crash). This prevents repeated startup crashes caused by corrupted or incomplete installation states. Improved scheduled publications view When viewing scheduled publications, the button that enables side-by-side display of the scheduled and effective publications is now always visible, even when the document table of contents is open. BUG FIXES * Fixed an issue where the incorrect module was opened in the side-by-side view when navigating from the List of Changes or from a hyperlink. * Fixed an issue where an error message appeared when opening the side-by-side view while viewing a new section of the scheduled manual. The app now correctly displays a message indicating that this section is not present in the Live publication. * Fixed an occasional issue where the app could return to the login page at startup. * Fixed a problem where the message “You are not connected to the Cloud” persisted after tapping REFRESH, even though the connection to Orlando Cloud had been restored. * Fixed an issue that prevented highlights and annotations from being saved properly to Orlando Cloud, except for the very first one added to a module. * Fixed a discrepancy between the short name and the manual breadcrumb for MEL and CDL manuals. * Fixed an issue where an hourglass icon could occasionally remain displayed on manual tiles in the library, even though the manuals were already effective. * Fixed an issue where bookmark folder ordering could change unexpectedly after adding bookmarks or performing a cloud sync. Note: Some edge cases remain, and users may still experience occasional changes in bookmark folder order. Further improvements are planned for a future release. * Fixed an issue where the app could be left in an inconsistent state if it was interrupted (i.e., force-closed) while displaying the message: “The Orlando app configuration needs to be updated. The app will be restarted.” This message appears when an administrator moves a device from one device group to another.

Improved synchronization handling: - Users can no longer log out while a cloud synchronization is in progress. - The synchronization timeout has been increased from 15 seconds to 45 seconds. - When no new publications are available, the app now displays the message: “No publications available for download.” - If synchronization fails, the app displays: “Synchronization with the Cloud failed. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your Orlando administrator.” Bug fixes: - Fixed an issue where the acknowledgement tag remained visible after acknowledging a publication. - Fixed an issue where the download button and “Pending download” label were still displayed after successfully downloading a publication. - Fixed an issue where the full publication was downloaded instead of the incremental update in certain scenarios. - Fixed a readability issue where the manual re-download confirmation text was not visible in Day Mode.

Bug Fixes: This patch addresses issues that could occur after downloading a new revision of an XML manual already stored in the mobile app library: • Inaccessible Unchanged Data Modules: After downloading and installing a new revision, data modules that were not updated in the revision became inaccessible. Attempting to open them resulted in an “Error while loading document” message. Additionally, hyperlinks pointing to these modules were broken. • Installation Failure: In some cases, the installation process of the newly downloaded revision failed.

Improvements and fixes • Cloud Synchronization Improvements: • The app now automatically syncs with the Cloud during login, eliminating the issue where users saw “No publications found” in the Library or Cloud space before tapping the REFRESH button. • Resolved an issue where notes were not consistently saved to the Cloud during creation or updates. Notes now sync seamlessly without requiring manual refresh. • Search Experience Enhancements: • New search bar added at the top of the Library screen and within the filter popup, making it easier to narrow down manuals and fleets. • Search results are now grouped by document, providing a clearer overview of where hits are located. • Page numbers (PDF manuals only) are now displayed alongside each search result for quicker navigation. • Search algorithm improvements for greater relevance: • The engine now automatically searches for exact matches in module titles (no need to use double quotes), and prioritizes those results. • If fewer than 50 exact matches are found, results using the AND operator are included automatically. • OR operator results are shown only when no hits are found using exact match or AND, reducing noise and surfacing more relevant content. • Only the first 50 hits per document are now displayed for performance and clarity. • Bug Fixes: • Resolved a rare issue where the Home screen showed pending read acknowledgments for publications that had already been acknowledged. • Fixed a bug where the document scroll bar failed to update properly in landscape mode, which could prevent scrolling to the bottom of a document. • Fixed an issue where public bookmark folders were incorrectly created as private.

Improvements and fixes: • Resolved an issue where all images' colors were inverted in night mode. • Only SVG images are now inverted in night mode. • Resolved an issue where colors were scrambled when multiple SVGs were present in the same module. • DITA inline applicability: • Resolved an issue where content was not filtered and applicability not displayed when inline applicability was set on listlevel. • Resolved an issue where inline images were not filtered when there was inline applicability on them. • Resolved an issue causing revision markings to disappear if double quotes ““ were present in the Reason for Change. • Notes: • Resolved an issue where notes on PDFs was not redirecting to the targeted page. • Resolved an issue where notes indicator was not displayed on some Flight Ops standards.

New features: • Manual Consultation • Open tabs are now saved automatically and will be restored the next time you open the app, so you can pick up right where you left off. • The Table of Contents can now be displayed alongside the manual’s content when in landscape mode. • You can now highlight and annotate PDF manuals directly in the app. • Note: These edits are stored locally on your device. They will not be synced to Orlando Cloud and will be lost if you uninstall the app, reinstall it, or if the manual is updated with a new revision. • Note: Text selection on big PDF files make the app crash. Therefore, the highlights placement is not available to big PDFs. Improvements and fixes: • Text selection in large PDF files can lead to an app freeze or crash - this is an Apple’s PDFkit limitation. This has been raised to Apple. • Resolved a bug where highlighted XML manual content was lost after downloading a new revision. • Note: A refresh of the Cloud Sync is necessary for the highlights to appear after the download of the new revision. • New "Maintenance Mode", activated during major backend maintenance periods to improve communication and user experience: • A banner now clearly informs users when the Orlando service is undergoing maintenance, • While in Maintenance Mode, the following features are temporarily disabled: • Cloud Sync: Automatic sync is paused and the REFRESH button is disabled. • Log Out: Users cannot log out during maintenance. • Resolved an issue that previously prevented users from logging in while the Orlando backend was under maintenance. • Night Mode Enhancements: SVG image colors are now inverted in Night Mode. (Note: Requires republishing from the Web.). • Improved Link Behavior • Scheduled publications now link to other scheduled publications when available; otherwise, they link to the active publication. • Active publications now link to other active publications when available; otherwise, they link to the scheduled publication. • Internal links to inline content are now correctly resolved in Embraer ATA2200 manuals. • Notes • iPadOS 18 Compatibility: Resolved an issue where the placeholder text "Input your content" would not disappear when creating note. • Fixed an issue that prevented adding notes to Airbus Flight Ops du-sol when included in du-inv with multiple du-sol entries. • Fixed a bug that prevented outdated publications from opening while offline. • Resolved an issue where some manual updates failed, causing the manual to remain stuck with an hourglass icon in the cloud space. • Fixed a bug where read acknowledgment requests were still displayed on the user's device even after their profile was updated to remove the acknowledgment requirement. • Fixed a dark mode issue where the text in the "Forgot Password" popup appeared in black on a black background, making it unreadable. • Resolved an issue that caused the app to crash when performing searches with certain words or phrases.
