Maximise desk and room utilisation through check-in / check-out and no-show booking release. Locate colleagues and book a workspace near them to encourage an agile and productive working environment. Request services, report issues and interact with building services. Leverage workspace policies to determine employee bubbles for a safe, collaborative strategy. Version 4.0.77 is a major update introducing new features, enhancements and fixes. What's New: • German translations. • Floor plan points of interest • Long press on items in the floor plan shows details. • Internal tags can segment resources without appearing in the app. • Tags and cost center are now shown in resource cards. • Option to control if the app only allows check-ins via scanning a QRCode. • Option to control the duration of a booking made within New Wave Workspace. Enhancements: • All successful bookings now send you to the home screen. • Book popup Book button label now reads "Confirm" for clarity. • Japanese translation improvements. • Japanese date format adjustments. • Better floor plan selection across searches. If the results are all on one floor, that floor is automatically displayed. To get back to the map, reset the selected floor or building. • The About page has been visually improved. Fixes: • Cost center and tag icons were appearing in tile search results, even if these fields were hidden. • My Bookings Japanese date format fixed. • Some French parking translations were missing. • An incorrect error message was displayed when a room book ahead limit was exceeded when booking a room. • Corrected a typo in the error message when a booking extension is prohibited. • Attendees view for room bookings now honors the check-in minutes before policy. • Service form buttons are no longer clipped on some iPhone models. • Swipe back to the home screen caused a blank screen to appear. • The status bar is now more visible on iPads.
