App on iphone just spins

Monorail Red
Tried multiple times on iphone. Cant find where it generally lets you download a video and when the icon is available nothing downloads it just spins. When i try to play videos I have in google drive or one drive real player is not a option that allows the video t play. Formats M4A, Mov, VOB.
