Get fast alerts on new cooperative apartments for sale in Copenhagen and the surrounding area.
Every month, many new cooperative apartments (andelsboliger) are put up for sale in Copenhagen. The Andelsboliger i København app gathers the new listings, so you don't miss your dream home.
IT'S ALL ABOUT BEING FIRST
In Copenhagen, the good cooperative apartments disappear from the market again quickly. That is why it matters to write to the seller as soon as possible. With the property agent you are notified the moment a new home is listed that matches your personal settings. Our search engine keeps a constant eye on the market. In the app, sellers can be contacted via links to external listings.

New in 1.7.20
• New area picker: choose popular areas such as Greater Copenhagen, Copenhagen and Aarhus, or search for a district, municipality or region anywhere in Denmark. Your areas sit at the top of the filter, where you can easily remove them again.
• Search all of Denmark: both search and your search agents can now cover the whole country, not just Copenhagen.
• Property type now sits at the top of the filter, so you can quickly choose between sale and swap.
• Fix: you are now told when you have reached the maximum number of search agents.
• Minor fixes and improvements.
We look forward to hearing your feedback at support@andelsboligerkbh.dk.
