بامكان المندوب او العميل التسجيل في التطبيق وسيتم الموافقة من قبل الكنترول في حال طلب ذلك
المندوب يقوم بالعمليات التالية
١ - تحديد حالة الوصل مرجع - مستلم - قيد التوصيل
٢ - امكانية التواصل مع الادارة او العميل على وصل معين ليتم حل المشكلة
٣ - طلب تعديل سعر
٤ - كشف حساب للمندوب
٥ - مراجعة وصولات مؤرشفة
العميل يقوم بالعمليات التالية
١ - معرفة حالة الوصل
٢ - التواصل مع المندوب بخصوص وصل معين
٣ - كشف حساب
٤ - كشوفات عامة
الكنترول يق،م بالمهام التالية

٢ - تواصل على وصل معين
٣ - تصفح وصولات مؤرشفة
٤ - مراقبة عمل البقية
