The TYNGO Staff Order mobile application for Oracle MICROS Simphony POS provides your guests with the best possible service experience. Thanks to this app, your waiters can reduce their multi-step ordering process to just one – creating the order. Your service will become faster and your customers will be happier. Once the order has been created in the app, it is immediately sent to the kitchen. Offline capability allows to view open checks, create new checks and place new orders, which are processed to Simphony as soon as the server connection has been established again. TYNGO Staff Order waiters app works on iOS mobile phones as well as tablets. We offer a monthly subscription per concurrent user or device, as well as Bring Your Own Device flexibility (BYOD). New login method: A new setting in the configuration will allow to switch from the Waiter PIN login method to TYNGO SSO login method. Multi Factor Authentication: The SSO login method comes in combination with MFA. Every user of a property that has SSO login active, must register for MFA. Zero amount postings: With the new version, it will be possible to enable or disable zero amount postings. Manual discounts: We have enhanced the manual discounts feature and can now display more than 20 Simphony discounts in Staff Order with the new version.
