Pipilo is a unique Fediverse app that lets you browse posts on a horizontally scrolling timeline. Each post is displayed within the context of its conversation with replies from people you follow. I think this is a fantastic way of viewing threaded content, and I can’t wait to use this more!As a feature request, I’d REALLY like to be able to dismiss sheet modals with the swipe-down gesture. The rest of the gesture-driven UI is EXCELLENT.

I've logged into my Friendica server (my-place.social) over 10 times, authentication is successful each time. However, there was no way to get back to the app feed without hitting "cancel" from the internal browser, completely losing the authenticated session.The developer reached out swiftly to offer help. I posted this on a week when there have been a couple family emergencies, so the only reason it's not 100% fixed yet is because I'm slow make use of the offered support -- but the developer is friendly, helpful, professional, patient, and has made easy support resolution available to me that I'm sure will work out well as I make use of more of the resources.
Developer Response After additional info from the user, we discovered the issue. The problem is with Friendica and two-factor authentication. Currently, there is a bug where Friendica doesn't redirect back to the app, preventing us from being able to finish authorization. The problem was reported to Friendica. While we wait for a fix, the app was updated to include a warning with an explanation to inform anyone else who could run into the same problem.

- Improved pasting images into the composer: more image types are supported, as well as the iOS 27 keyboard paste suggestion.
- The post composer exit confirmation now appears only if something would be lost.
- When voting on a poll you've already voted on, the app now reloads the poll after showing the error, so it shows the correct state.
- Links that aren't web links (like mailto:) now open in the right app instead of the in-app browser.
- Fixed cached posts could create duplicate posts, which caused crashes during navigation.
- Fixed a post draft could be created after the post was already submitted.
- Fixed posts whose quoted post failed to load didn't show that there was a quoted post.
- Fixed uploaded images had no file extension, which caused some servers (like Pleroma) to not display them for other users.
- Fixed the draft restore prompt sometimes appeared while you were already writing a post.
- Fixed a previously opened keyboard could offset the bottom menu from the bottom of the screen.
- Fixed restoring your synced timeline position when the post you were on isn't loaded (for example a boost seen on another device).
- Fixed restored draft media from another account didn't upload if it was still processing.

This version focuses on reverse timeline navigation, making the app more useful for those who want to read the latest posts and navigate back in time. The Go to End action will always fetch the latest posts, and navigating back is no longer limited to posts that have already been loaded.
