I ordered a shirt and a pair of jeans 3 weeks ago, I was upset at how long it was taking so I asked for a refund and provided my order #, my request was ignored.A few days later I sent a cancel my order email again. They responded by saying they couldn’t refund me because the item had shipped already. Let that sink in.

Cotosen is pretty unique in what they offer. However they do like the other review has said, need to work on their customer service a bit more. It’s been a while since I’ve made a purchase from them so I don’t know if they’ve improved since. But the clothes I did order from them definitely warrant a higher rating than a measly 1 star rating.
