If I could give this company a Zero I would ten times over. It is like dealing with an elementary school app compared to Flomarching. And Flomarchjng isn’t even great. They don’t provide schools, schedules, or anything. And more often than not the stream crashes out during the last bands at EVERY SHOW. I’ve seen this happen for 3 years at least. I try to contact costumer service and they always blame it on my internet service or something else, when it happens nation wide. It’s crazy you pay this much money to see your kid, and this company still after 3 years is doing the absolute bare minimum and charging so much. Why doesn’t BOA just go to Flomarchjng? Whoever runs this company is making money hand over fist to provide a terrible product!! I hoped it would be better this year..who in BOA keeps saying that this company is the best option? Mmm

Bands of America needs to cancel their contract and go with someone else. Maybe with a big company like AT&T who figured out there issues years ago during SXSW in Austin! This is too expensive of an app to pay for to watch Bands of America or anything else to get the freezing and crappy product they offer. And the camera are terrible and do not zoom into the soloist at the right time or zoom back out correctly! Unfortunate that Band parents who cannot go see live have to put up with this!

High speed internet and none of the performances play without freezing. Email support and they are very well versed with politically correct answers. Here’s a wee I got from them. Issue is on phone or Apple TV same results freezing constantly. Hello!I am sorry you are having freezing issues. I am not seeing any errors in our system and am also monitoring it via different devices and am not seeing any freezing on my end. You may need to reinstall the app, restart your internet modem, clear your cache, or try a different device. Unfortunately there could be many things causing freezing including local ISP, weather, too many devices connected to the internet at once, etc. I hope this helps!
Terrible. Basically a scam for money

I purchased a finals pass to watch but never got any emails or a way to login and watch. So I didn’t get the service I paid for-Product not received! Chat was a joke, and there is no one really there to assist. I tried emailing customer service but will likely get no where with that. What a waste of time and money. Bands of America needs to cancel their contract with them immediately!!!
